Here’s how you can generate 3D models using the RealityScan app: Upon applying for beta testing, you can install the RealityScan 3D app on your iPhone or iPad, downloadable through the Apple Testflight app. Once installed, open the RealityScan app, and follow the onscreen instructions to scan the desired subject. After completing the scanning process, the app will perform the necessary transformations, converting the subject into a 3D model.
Presently, RealityScan’s availability is limited to 10,000 users, and the beta testing phase is already full, with no further acceptance of testers. However, Epic Games has indicated that the app will soon be accessible to everyone as part of its early access program.
